As a result, this removes the ability to access all PS3 games via the service. PlayStation Plus Deluxe will include all benefits from the Essential and Extra tiers, however, features that include cloud streaming will be removed. In Markets without cloud streaming, PlayStation Plus Premium will not be available, instead, a new tier, PlayStation Plus Deluxe, will be offered at a lower price.
